AuctionStar® software provides dozens of reports, including a "master catalog" and beautiful event materials, proofreading reports, and purchase statistics and summaries. It allows data to be imported or exported and complements web site software in various capacities. Time saving methods are found throughout the product, from "table assignments" to "item packaging"- types of features.
AuctionStar® software is designed to be use within a few short minutes, simply by following step-by-step instructions of the AuctionStar® Training Guide. Additional documentation is provided for the event chairperson in the AuctionStar® Planning Guide. Many client organizations will also have a technical specialist that use the Reference Manual and/or Event Operations Manual to run their events. Technical support via telephone is always provided at no charge, and when needed, on-site training classes can be arranged.
