Event Materials

Everything that you need for your event can be generated from AuctionStar^®. Information need only be entered once to print all of your event materials.  Guest packets, labels and catalog for the check in process.  All customized signage for letting guests know the details for closing times etc.  Unregistered or walk in slips for guests that have not sent in reservations or are ‘guest of someone’. AuctionStar provides for at the event ticketing and all event materials needed for your event. 

Auction Catalog: With AuctionStar^® you will be able to print an auction catalog using the same information you entered on each item. No need to re-enter the information again on a separate application. AuctionStar^® gives you many formatting and style options so that you can customize the catalog to look just the way you want.

Bid Sheets: When you are done entering item data you will be ready to print the auction bid sheets using AuctionStar^®. AuctionStar^® makes available different bid sheet formats to accommodate different types of items like: Live Auction Items, Big Board Items, Fixed-Priced Singel-Unit Items, Multi-Unit Items, and Standard Silent Auction Items. 

Guest packet: Typically at check in, a guest is given bid labels, live auction bid paddle and an auction catalog. The minimum item a guest needs at an AuctionStar^® event is their unique barcoded bid labels.This label can include their name or just their bid number for anonymous bidding.  The live auction bid paddle will have their bid number and can include name and table number as well.  Guest Labels are useful if the guest packet will be distributed in an envelope. The guest label can include the table number and can be affixed on the outside of the envelope.
