Credit Card Processing: We offer a third party software that works with your merchant bank or institution, and allows you to process credit card transactions as a batch file using a phone line. The software will be yours to keep after the processing. We will do the setup and the processing only for the contracted AuctionStar^® event. Any processing done for a different event will be up to your organization. You will need a merchant account and any setup information we request from your merchant bank or institution.

Printing: We understand that there are time constraints or equipment issues when it comes to printing the event materials. Crestware Inc. offers printing services to our clients. These services include the following event materials:

• Auction Catalog

• Bid Labels

• Name Tags

• Guest Labels

• Live Auction Cards

• Big Boards Cards

• Bid Sheets

• Display Signs

Data Entry: If you would like to save time or if you are a new client and do not have the time to learn the software, you can consider our data entry services. This service consists of transferring the data from your donor and/or guest forms into the AuctionStar^® software.
